Andrew Pollen is an American comedian based in Alicante, Spain, where, as part of his efforts to build an English comedy scene, he has opened for Maria Shehata, Ric Diez, and London’s own Josephine Lacey. Also performing in Spanish, Andrew regularly appears at the Alicante Comedy Club and recently featured in a national showcase for emerging comedians. Andrew is originally from Philadelphia, so he’s always reminding Spanish people that when he says “Soy de Filadelfia” that doesn’t mean he’s made out of spreadable cheese.
